Celebrating Employee Appreciation with BBQ, Games, and Team Bonding 

On March 29th, the REEP family came together for our annual All Company Picnic, a tradition that reflects our dedication to employee appreciation, team building, and fostering a vibrant company culture. Held at Pedrotti’s Ranch in San Antonio, this year’s picnic brought together employees and their families from across Texas, creating a memorable day filled with laughter, connection, and celebration.

Pedrotti’s Ranch was the perfect backdrop for a day of fun and relaxation. Our employees and their families were treated to a delicious BBQ luncheon, complete with all the fixings, refreshing drinks, and sweet treats that satisfied every craving. The aroma of grilled specialties filled the air as picnic tables buzzed with conversation, laughter, and the unmistakable sense of community. 

Family-friendly games and activities brought the ranch to life. From relay races and field games to bouncy castles and face painting for the kids, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Employees partnered with their loved ones to compete for a variety of exciting prizes, generously provided by REEP—we love a little friendly competition!
