Together with our parent company, REEP Equity, we combine our expertise to evaluate an asset’s potential and craft a strategic business plan. This collaboration enables us to develop a clear vision and effectively transform underperforming properties into valuable, high-performing assets.
Acquisition
Leading up to the acquisition of a property, REEP Equity and Residential teams work in unison to ensure a seamless transition on take-over day. Through meticulous due diligence and comprehensive planning, the Residential team is fully prepared from day one to integrate the property into the portfolio and execute the business plan with precision.
Restoration
Our restoration process is both operational and physical. Upon acquiring a property, REEP Residential takes immediate control of daily operations. From day one, our teams work diligently to enhance the property’s physical condition while simultaneously optimizing its management for improved efficiency and performance.
