Bringing together a dedicated team across San Antonio, Houston and Austin is a powerful moment. It’s a chance to pause, reflect on shared accomplishments, and align on the path forward. Recently, the entire REEP family gathered for our second All Company Meeting of the year, a day filled with connection, inspiration, and celebration. The event underscored our collective commitment to excellence and reinforced the unique culture that makes REEP a special place to grow and thrive. 

The day was a vibrant showcase of our company’s spirit, from insightful leadership messages to heartfelt stories from our team members on the ground. It was more than just a meeting; it was a testament to our shared mission and a celebration of the people who make it all possible. 

Kicking Off with Vision and Gratitude 

The event began with our Master of Ceremonies, Yvette Davis, President of REEP Residential, whose energy set a positive and engaging tone for the day. She warmly introduced REEP’s founders, Jacob and Arleen Garza, for the opening remarks. 

Jacob and Arleen shared a powerful message of gratitude, acknowledging the hard work and dedication of every team member. They spoke about the company’s journey, the awards, recognition and milestones achieved, and their vision for the future. Their words emphasized the core values that guide us: empowering our people, fostering a culture of ownership, and relentlessly pursuing excellence. It was a grounding moment that reminded everyone of the “why” behind their daily efforts. 

Key Highlights 

A central highlight of the meeting was the series of panel discussions, bringing together team members from various departments and properties. These sessions offered a valuable space for employees to share their experiences and best practices, highlighting themes such as professional growth, leadership, innovation, and operational excellence. Panelists emphasized the importance of internal opportunities, collaboration, and peer-to-peer learning, reinforcing REEP’s commitment to empowerment and teamwork at every level. The collective insights not only celebrated individual and group achievements but also strengthened the sense of unity and shared purpose across the organization. 

After a well-deserved lunch break, the afternoon session brought exciting announcements on “New and Noteworthy” topics, providing updates on key initiatives and upcoming projects that will shape the company’s trajectory. 

REEP announced one of the day’s most anticipated moments: the announcement of the first annual REEP Awards: the prestigious 2025 “Property of the Year” award. The room was filled with excitement as the winning team, 610 at Med Center,  was recognized and presented with a plaque, celebrating their exceptional results and dedication.

The All Company Meeting was a powerful reminder of what makes REEP unique. It was a day dedicated to celebrating our people, our shared successes, and our bright future. The stories of growth, the shared gratitude, and the collective energy in the room were truly inspiring.
