During the recent company-wide meeting at REEP, over 200 employees from San Antonio, Austin, and Houston came together to celebrate the combined successes of REEP Equity and REEP Residential. Uniquely, REEP hosts these events twice a year, underscoring their significance in unifying the entire organization towards common goals. 

The gathering provided a pivotal platform for the leadership team to communicate remarkable achievements and unveil exciting details about REEP Residential’s past accomplishments and future trajectory. The updates encompassed various facets, including acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, marketing, investor relations, CAP-Ex project updates, and Human Resources, with a special focus on the outstanding performance of REEP Residential Operations. 

This year’s theme, “REEP will Soar in 2024,” set an optimistic tone for the event. The unveiling of “24 in 24 – Ways REEP is Poised to Thrive” highlighted 24 reasons why REEP Residential continues to dominate its sector and excel as a top workplace in Texas
