Employee Spotlight: Regional Management Leadership Leads to BIG Results

Meet Staci Garza: Enhancing Communities and Driving Success

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your experience in the industry.

With over 31 years of experience in the real estate industry, I embarked on this journey at the age of 20 without any formal training. Guided by the mentorship of Anne O’Connell and Liz O’Connell, I started as a leasing consultant and swiftly progressed to become a manager by the age of 23.

This industry has not only shaped my career but has also granted me the opportunity to positively impact families’ lives by providing them with inviting apartment homes. Mentoring others and fostering their career growth is a passion close to my heart, inspired by the support I received earlier in my career.
